About Ultimate Living Solutions
Geraldine Ade
Director of Operations
Mrs. Ade holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a licensed Practical Nurse. She also has a lot of experience as a Human Services Administrator. With over 17 years of experience in the social services sector, particularly in mental health and developmental disabilities. Her advocacy and community services are driven by personal experiences that inspire her to create an inclusive environment for vulnerable populations.
Before becoming the director of operations at Ultimate Living Solutions, she has served in various roles within a similar organization, such as case manager and program coordinator. She has experience in developing care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensured compliance with regulations. Her leadership skills were enhanced through crisis intervention and conflict resolution experiences, equipping her for what it takes to manage a group home effectively.
As a group home director, she oversees daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program development. She creates a safe and supportive environment that promotes residents' well-being and independence, while also liaising with families, community organizations, and regulatory agencies to uphold high care standards. Additionally, she also leads staff training while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Josiane Ade RN, BSN
Delegating Nurse
Josiane Ade holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ECPI University and is licensed to practice in multiple states including Virginia. She also has a lot of experience as a Registered Nurse. With over 7 years of nursing experience in intensive care, Medical Surgical Nursing, behavioral and correctional healthcare.
Before becoming the Delegating Nurse at Ultimate Living Solutions, she has served in various hospital roles from being a floor nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, medical surgical unit and supervised in correctional facilities across the state.

At Ultimate Living Solutions, she oversees all healthcare services, ensuring safe and effective care for individuals. She conducts assessments, delegate nursing tasks to qualified staff, and provides training to uphold the best practices. Collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team, she develops individualized care plans, monitors health outcomes, and addresses medical concerns promptly. She is also dedicated to advocating for individuals’ health, educating staff and family members on health management and care strategies. Her expertise and compassionate approach make her a vital member of our team.
Our Direct Support Professionals
Our Direct Support Professionals are required to be trained and certified in medication administration and management, Certified Nursing assistants, be certified in CPR and First Aid. They must have a minimum of one year’s experience working as direct support professionals. They must have a strong passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
In their role, the DSP provides hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication management. They promote independence, enhance social skills, and encourage community participation. Additionally, the DSP documents individual’s progress, communicates with families, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans, creating a supportive environment that empowers residents to thrive.
